The absence of a trademark (name or logo) in this list does not constitute a waiver of any and all intellectual property rights that Lab.gruppen has established in any of its products, feature, or service names or logos. The status column refers to the status of the trademark in Sweden and/or other countries.

Lab.gruppen’s trademarks are one of our most valuable assets and the proper use of them is therefore of great importance to us. The following guidelines shall be followed when writing press releases, articles, advertisements or other communication.

Trademark Acknowledgment

When Lab.gruppen trademarks are used in advertising and other promotional material, their ownership shall be acknowledged according to the rules below. Lab.gruppen requires the use of a trademark acknowledgement in the form of a footnote wherever possible.

Correct Lab.gruppen trademark attribution: Intercooler, NomadLink and the Lab.gruppen logo are national and/or international registered trademarks of Lab.gruppen AB. PLM and ISVPL are trademarks of Lab.gruppen AB.

Marking Lab.gruppen Trademarks

Trademarks may be indicated using the ™ symbol for trademarks. Trademarks that have been registered in Sweden, EU or the US may be indicated by the ® symbol and shall be accompanied by a trademark acknowledgement conveying the status of the mark as set out above. The rules for using the ® symbol may vary from country to country making the acknowledgement including the trademark status very important.

Third party Trademarks

Dolby and the double-D symbol are registered trademarks of Dolby Laboratories. Ideal Graphic EQ, Raised Cosine Equalization, Iso-Float, Contour, Mesa EQ, LimiterMax and Mesa Parametric EQ are trademarks of Dolby Laboratories.

Audinate is a registered trademark of Audinate Pty Ltd. Dante and Zen are trademarks of Audinate Pty Ltd.
