In many installs the speakers come first, and the amplifier has to suit them. CA2401 adapts. Around the back, the load config switches between 4 Ω, 8 Ω, 70 V and 100 V.
Bass and treble within reach
The front panel holds the power standby button, the gain control, and bass and treble controls. Each tone control gives ±10 dB, at 100 Hz for bass and 10 kHz for treble. A switchable 80 Hz high-pass filter sits on the rear.
On a shelf, without a rack
Rubber feet let it stand on a clear surface without additional installation. It measures 44 x 218 x 299 mm. Inputs are balanced Euroblock, or stereo RCA that it sums to mono.
